Rego Park Lobby

OVERVIEW

Three buildings showing their age gave us the opportunity to bring warmth and character to a space while also creating a sense of unity. 

We wanted each building to capture its own distinct personality, while clearly belonging to a set for a triptych effect–not unlike siblings. We reimagined each lobby to feel warm and inviting while creating character you can appreciate from the curb. These improvements also added seating, and a more inviting feeling while also better handling the logistics of services like package delivery.
