• Direct and grow EDG’s social media presence across platforms

• Manage external PR partners, events, media outreach, and key relationships

• Oversee in-house creative teams, agencies, and content writers

• Support lead generation and business development initiatives

• Maintain hands-on involvement in campaign planning, execution, and analytics, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and website optimization

Qualifications

• 6 – 12 years of relevant professional marketing experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a strong desire to learn and grow
  

Compensation
This role offers an annual base salary ranging from $140,000 to $190,000, depending on your level of experience. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a performance bonus up to 10% and may qualify for additional discretionary bonuses based on individual, team, and company performance.
