NYCHA Portfolio

EDG conducted comprehensive facade inspections on more than 400 New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) residential units as part of the city’s mandated Local Law 11/FISP program.

Representing roughly 16% of NYCHA’s extensive portfolio, these inspections addressed aging infrastructure across the country’s most extensive public housing system. Using suspended scaffolding, EDG assessed structural conditions and identified critical repairs to support long-term safety and compliance across the five boroughs. Established in 1934, NYCHA manages 2500+ buildings that house over 360,000 NYC residents.
