As the work took place during the COVID-19 pandemic, EDG was offered the rare opportunity to work in a completely unoccupied garage, allowing a $2 million repair project from document preparation to repair to be completed in just over four months.

EDG provided weekly 360° scanning services during the entirety of the project so the hotel owner could monitor project progress from overseas.
