Lakeview Towers, spanning a full city block in the UES, had untapped potential that failed to serve residents or ownership’s goals.

Our master plan and zoning analysis uncovered unused FAR for a new structure and consolidated four lobby entrances into two, cutting overhead costs. We enclosed the open arcade, creating a uniform facade datum that added profitable retail space, improved safety, and seamlessly extended 5th Avenue’s elegance through thoughtful lobby renovations. These strategic moves revitalized the site, delivering a strong ROI and long-term profitability.
